Larkin Street Youth Services’ mission is to take care of youth, but we’re also committed to taking care of our employees. Our 150 employees carry out Larkin Street’s “client-first” philosophy. They are diverse in terms of their backgrounds and their skill-sets. Our organizational culture encourages them to achieve great things in their professions, and we emphasize the importance of ongoing professional development.

Because our employees give so much to our kids we want to give our employees the best possible working experience at Larkin Street. Positions are full-time, part-time and relief and include a range of benefits—medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, and employee assistance plan for full-time and part-time employees. There are ten (1/2 day Christmas Eve and New Years Eve) yearly paid agency holidays, three floating holidays, and employees accrue three weeks of vacation in their first year with the agency.
