Sharla M. Walker, PhD, Director of Human Resources
Sharla came to Larkin Street in 2006 with over 30+ years of management and non-management experience in the areas of human resources, employee relations, employee development, employee training and development, change management, organizational leadership, customer service, operations, marketing, project management, contract management, purchasing, and sales. She manages and oversees all functions of human resources at Larkin Street. Her prior work experience has been in healthcare, Public Sector, non-profit, high-tech, telecommunication, and corporate. Sharla received her masters in organizational management and completed her doctorate studies in organizational leadership in 2004.
