Toby Eastman, MSW, Chief of Programs
Toby joined Larkin Street in 2006 and is responsible for the oversight, program development and implementation of all programs agency-wide. She has over 15 years experience in social services including program management of mental health and case management programs, supervision of clinicians, case managers, as well as administrative staff, as well as direct service experience as a case manager, counselor, therapist and clinical consultant. The bulk of her experience has focused on child and youth issues, including work with homeless youth, LGBTQ youth and youth in the foster care system. Ms. Eastman holds a Masters Degree in Social Work.
