Living on the street takes a tremendous toll on the bodies and minds of young people.  At Larkin Street, we provide comprehensive health services to help them transition toward stability with healthy minds and bodies.  Our Medical Clinic is staffed by caring health care professionals and provides medical care, HIV testing, referrals and educational materials.  Mental Health and Substance Abuse assessments and treatment services are available for all youth participating in Larkin Street’s programs to help them overcome challenges that might prevent them from moving beyond the street.  Our HIV Prevention program helps educate young people about making healthy choices for their future.
